Why do I need your services?
You don’t. The services that we offer go above and beyond traditional installation and setup. If you are not excited about extracting the best possible performance out of your equipment and breathing new life into your favorite movies and music, don’t call us 🙂
Can my system be tweaked?
Most likely, Yes. The amount of improvement you will see and hear depends on a wide variety of variables including: quality of your components, flexibility with placement in a given space, the meticulousness of the original installation, etc.
What is your guarantee?
If we cant make your system look and sound better we will give your money back.
How long does video optimization take?
Video optimization takes about 15 minutes per input component (Cable Box, Blu-ray, Roku, Firestick, XBox, etc…). Ideally, we will save a preset for each connected component for day viewing and nighttime viewing. We prefer to do this in the afternoon/evening hours so we can work with the changing light conditions.
How long does audio optimization take?
Typically it will take: 2 hours for a 2 channel system, 4 hours for a surround system. It will add an additional 2 hours for a full “Sumiko M.A.S.T.E.R.” calibration to any of the above. (***Sumiko M.A.S.T.E.R. requires participation from the system owner during the entirety of the process)
